ropeXchange is a quarterly Shibari festival for queer and kinky rope enthusiasts in Berlin. We're offering over 22 hours of packed workshops in 2.5 days focused on rope, socializing, and more. Plus, there's a summer play party on the boat on Saturday.

🪢 Our Workshops:
This August, we’re kicking off on Friday with the beginner workshop “Rope Basics” with Miss Kiki and a safety & risk course with Dan. After that, enjoy a cozy get-together—and a little rope game to break the ice (without any competition). On Saturday and Sunday, workshops will cover everything from Takate Kote, Futomomo, Session Building, Intimate Journey with Rope, First Steps into Self-Suspension, Basics für Rope Bottoms, Suspension Basics, Kata Ashi, Armbinder, to Predicament Bondage with Gyaku Ebi (Hogtie).
This time, our presenters are Dan Apus Monoceros, ArtoAlto, Miss Kiki, and Tom Delirio. On Saturday evening, the rXc also opens up for other rope lovers during the open Play & Rope Night.

🌊 The Location:
In August, ropeXchange will be held on a large houseboat on the Havel. We’ll not only be flying in the ropes but also drifting on a beautiful part of the Havel. With a stunning view and a breathtaking sunset, this setting offers a unique atmosphere that makes not just the tying but also simply being there a captivating experience.
Houseboat amenities:
- Cozy indoor space: Perfect for relaxing, chatting, and small workshops.
- Sun and rain-protected upper deck: Equipped with a large tent, hanging points, and a stage.
- Fire pit for the evening: Ideal for winding down the day in good company.
- Nearby beach: A retreat spot right next door.
- High-quality restrooms and open kitchen: For shared breakfasts and all other needs.

👉 Ticket Information
We offer weekend and day tickets:
- The weekend ticket ("Fullweekend") includes all events and workshops from Friday to Sunday.
- A day ticket includes the events for either Saturday or Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, as well as Friday afternoon's sessions (beginner course and safety workshop).
- The play evening on Saturday is included only with the weekend ticket but can also be booked separately.
